For the best fit:

Measure your finger at the end of the day, when your hands are at their normal size.
Avoid measuring when your hands are very cold or swollen.
If your size falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
For wider ring bands, sizing up slightly can feel better.

A well-fitted ring should slide over the knuckle with light resistance and sit comfortably without feeling loose.
